Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
United States Shipping
Available shipping options and prices are displayed during checkout. Current standard options may include:
- Standard shipping: generally 3–5 business days after processing
- Express shipping: generally 1–2 business days after processing
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International Shipping
International delivery is available only where an international shipping option appears during checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees not collected during checkout.
International orders may experience customs delays. Velvet Holler Co cannot control customs processing times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Additional postage may be required when an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Delays, Loss, and Damage
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, service interruptions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking shows unusual delays, contact us at velvethollerco@gmail.com and we will help investigate. If a package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and send photographs of the package and item.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the surrounding delivery area. Contact us promptly if the package remains missing.
